NetSyncro.com v4

I'm slowly working my way down my todo list.. One important thing which has been hanging over my head for.. I dunno years now was the NetSyncro.com v3 or v4 depending if you count undeployed templates.. NetSyncro.com Over the next week or two I'll be updating the content off of filler text.  I owe a lot of this effort to copying other nice sites and of course rentacoder which I'm slowly relying on more to delegate the things which I am really inefficient at and must just accept.
